Common Issues & Quick Fixes
Verify your username and password. Use Forgot Password to reset via OTP. Ensure Caps Lock is off. If the issue persists, contact support — your account may be locked or disabled.
Check your registered mobile number. Wait a few minutes and use Resend OTP. Ensure your phone has network coverage. If OTP still doesn't arrive, contact support to verify your mobile number in the system.
The system may have detected VPN, proxy, DevTools, or automated access. Disable VPN/proxy, use a standard browser, and try again. If your IP was blacklisted, contact support with your username and IP (if known).
Ensure the file is within the allowed size (typically PDF, images under 10MB). Use a stable internet connection. Try a different browser. If the issue continues, contact support with the file type and approximate size.
Sessions expire after a period of inactivity. Log in again. If you are repeatedly logged out, clear browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser. Check if another user has terminated your session from the Sessions page (if available for your role).
